The Center for Creative Arts vocal music department will present Seymour Barab’s opera “The Toy Shop” on Thursday, Dec. 10, and Friday, Dec. 11, at 7:30 p.m. in the Center’s auditorium at 1301 Dallas Rd. in Chattanooga.
